🔧 Nature of the Work
This is a physically demanding job using heavy and bulky equipment, including a pure water system and a 29-foot telescopic pole. You need to be strong, resilient, and able to clean 2 to 5 houses per day.
⏱ Time per House
Each house takes approximately 1 to 2.5 hours to clean, depending on its size.
📌 Worker Status
This is not an employee position — you will be working as a self-employed contractor.
You are responsible for managing your own schedule, taxes, and legal status (required if you earn over $30,000/year).
💰 Compensation
Commission-Based Pay + Tips
You are paid per house, based on a percentage of what the client pays — plus tips.
Most cleaners earn above $25/hour on average, which is higher than most entry-level jobs and standard in the window cleaning industry.
🚗 Requirements

Valid driver’s license is mandatory

Owning a personal vehicle is a strong asset (bonus possible)
📅 Availability
This is a full-time position.
You must be available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM, at least 5 days a week.
Part-time availability is not accepted.
